What is the right size collar for my dog?

The ideal size collar is one that fits your dog’s actual neck size, snugly so that the collar doesn’t slip out of your dog’s head, but comfortable so that it doesn’t restrict your dog’s breathing in any way, and allows for a bit of air flow around the neck on hot days. Please see our fitting instructions so that we get the perfect fit for your pooch. Feel free to contact us if you’re having difficulty with measurements.

Is there a return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unused products with no damage which means, after inspection of the returned item/s you’ll get a refund minus a restocking fee based on the shipping cost.

Which are the accepted payment methods?

At this moment, for our safety and yours, we are only accepting PayPal. Keep in mind that PayPal can be set up to accept credit cards.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Our collars are hand made for best quality and craftsmanship, and will take 2 to 3 weeks to deliver from the time we receive payment. Rush orders take roughly a week for a $45.00 fee, but please contact us first.

Is there a warranty?

We are confident in the quality of our products, that’s why we will replace or repair any product when there is a flaw in our craftsmanship or a manufacturing hardware defect. We will first analyze photos that you’ll send us of the product in question, this will help us determine whether to repair or replace an item.
